No, IFC is not a licensed General Contractor in Florida. We serve as your independent Owner's Representative. This structure ensures that our loyalty is exclusively to you, the client. We act as your project expert, qualifying, hiring, and rigorously managing the General Contractor and other vendors on your behalf to protect your interests, budget, and schedule.

Do you only work with large corporations, or can you help small business owners?

Project Management Support: We can step in to manage a specific project when you lack the internal capacity, face unexpected personnel shortages, or simply wish to avoid the overhead and long-term commitment of hiring a full-time employee for a temporary need.
Upfront Planning and On-Call Consulting: We can manage only the Initiation and Planning phases for you. This includes creating a comprehensive project plan, budget, and schedule that your team can then execute. We remain "on call" for consultation, troubleshooting, and advice during the project execution phase.
